Looks like Ken's ZL1 Camaro in the background. I hate Facebook at times but some really neat photos do surface from time to time.

The front 69 Camaro is Jim Hayters. I am talking about the orange 69 Camaro in the top left corner of the photo. This is Jim's car. The next one is Barnharts.

Ken has a sweet ZL-1 Camaro. Met him at US 131 Motorsport Park dragway some years back. They were running some Camaro nostalgia show that day and Bill Porterfield showed up with his ZL-1 also. Had a nice discussion with Ken, great guy and loved hearing the history of his car.

Ken told me the history of his car and the days he raced it. This was a Camaro nostalgia drag race show and car show all in one. Bill Porterfield brought his 69 Camaro ZL-1 to this show also. Days i will never forget. |

The story I heard was Jenkins cut it off with a hacksaw at the race because he thought it had to much drag.
