I had issues doing this using paint before and on Grady's Red COPO I switched to a acrylic ink, worked great, took several light coats applied with a Badger airbrush. Used the same ink for the tank stencil, tape pulled off clean.

What type of stencil tape did you use, Mike? I have a vinyl sign cutter machine available and want to try this. I tried having a custom stamp made and couldn't get enough color saturation. I have an airbrush and would like to try with a stencil. thanks for any help anyone can provide. Dave EDIT: I see Mike hasn't been on the forum for awhile. Anyone else have any input?
