is that the orig 63 Pontiac "short throw" shifter.?

That shifter appears the same as the shifter in my 62 Grand Prix, I had a 63 Grand Prix 4 speed a few years ago and it had the same shifter but without the "T" handles. Maybe that is an early car, either way I would say it is correct except for the knob
