Is the old Plate # known or any chance of old pics w/ it showing? If your family's still insured w/ the same broker, it may be worth asking if Vin still in their files? Do you know where the buyer was from also what's his name...PM if necessary. Best of luck w/ your quest!  ~ Pete .
