I have been seeing that when they shut down the fuel cars, they take off the main fuel line hose. Does anyone know if that is NEW this year or a better way of shutting them down faster? |

https://www.nhra.com/news/2019/watch...-indy-incident Robert Falcone opened Factory Stock Showdown eliminations at the NHRA Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals with a bang – literally. The Pleasant Valley, N.Y., racer was unhurt Sunday afternoon after crashing his Sawmill Auto ’16 Camaro hard into the guardwall at Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis. Falcone’s car drifted toward the center line right after the launch. He tried to steer it back into his own lane to avoid colliding with opponent Allen Johnson, but it veered hard into the wall. He exited the heavily damaged car on his own power. Last edited by 67 Nova Boy; 09-02-2019 at 10:09 PM. |
