Great feedback on the auctions- I like hearing the back-stories on the cars to gauge values, especially when compared to catalog descriptions/estimates or "on the ground" member reports.
I was surprised at the nice looking '70 Buick GSX struggled to break 40K and I think sold at 50K- seemed really cheap for a real Saturn yellow GSX??
I just booked hotel & flights for Mecum Dallas- looking forward to that in September!

the gray haired gentleman in the orange T shirt on the right was screaming on the stage when this green 442 came up,then the auctioneer called him a liar.

what was going on with this guy?

The GSX had a "period correct" 455 CI engine. Nothing said about the auto trans or rear. Was an A/C car. Sold for $55,000:
