I gotta tell you, this makes me wish I had time and room for another project. 21.9 cubic inches and 28 hp. Two cycle motor. Top speed of 59 mph. I don't think it could hit 100 if you drove it off a cliff.
Still, what a blast. This would be a great alternative to a golf cart for driving around swap meets. I looked closely at the pics trying to find rust, or remnants of rust. Either someone did a good job of hiding it, or there just isn't any rust to speak of.
