The center cap looks like an ET cap to me. However, the ET Cragar SS style mags had flatter spokes than what the picture shows. Maybe the ET cap was put on the wheel. The mags do look like Rocket Mags from the spoke style..
Western Wheels had a Cragar SS style wheel also and the spokes look flat on those. The center cap had a large "W" on it.
