Carroll Shelby Tribute and Car Show May 4, 2019
Lynn, Holly and I were invited to take part in this years Carroll Shelby Tribute and Car Show in Gardena, Ca on Saturday May 4th. Along with the Pelton Family (Brandon, Lisa and Codi <3 ) we shared our experiences regarding heart transplantation. As everyone already knows, the Carroll Shelby Children's Heart Foundation was near and dear to Carroll's heart. Carroll and Holly were transplanted a few months apart in 1990...Carroll in May of 1990 and Holly in November of 1990
Codi was transplanted last year-and Holly almost 29 years ago both transplants were done at Loma Linda. Thank you to Scott Black, Aaron Shelby, Tracey Smith and Rafella Golden for the invitation and the fun time! Let's do this again next year. Enjoy the pics that I took...
