FWIW, my Buick Regal GS with Brembos does the same thing. Blackened wheels shortly after cleaning. Won't go away, sorry. But, niether will the awesome braking.
GM did offer a lower dust pad for the Buicks due to complaints but not sure if something similar is offered for the Camaro. I'll try to check.
