Default big block with 10 bolt

Yes. FWIW Actually, I can't remember any Big Block Chevrolet car (Except Corvette) from 1965 to 1972 that didn't have a 12 bolt rear axle in it from the factory, especially Camaro and Chevelle. But I'm old.

Default

Having owned 2 72 Montes and doing some research, and observing those cars, it was my belief that 72 was the last year for 12 bolts and most Monte Carlos got them to use up existing supplies.
