I am doing a rotisserie restoration on it and it is original drive train rs/ss code 10, but my question is how much does it affect what it is worth if I paint the whole hockey stick strip on and clear it or if I paint the strip on the fender after clear and use the vinyl strip on the doors like original

IMO, use the vinyl door strip on a hi end resto. Paint the stripe with single stage on top of the clear and lightly cut and buff the stripes. No need to clear over them.
