I have 2 of the shorter trays. The part number was 3879640. The common flat tray replaced this design, and the curved tray was discontinued in 1970. The longer tray may have been designed in response to someones practice of welding two short trays together. (the reason I bought two). The application of the longer tray was probably used in full length pans used in marine or off road engines.
