Those are not white walls, they have blue stripes. Probably Good Year.

I've got a pair of 6 hole 8 1/2 inch slots like those. They are market Universal Wheel USA on the back.

I had always assumed they were white walls that were new and hadn't had the blue washed off.

Thanks for the idea on the Universal Wheels USA...I usually see this style wheel in 5 slot but these are 6 as you mentioned...
