Do we know this to be true?

1967 is a strange year for Chevrolet.....L72 cancelled, L78 fell off the charts for the Chevelle (was it cancelled, then reintroduced?), and L79 Chevy II MIA till the end of the year. I am not sure it has to do with the Camaro. Enlighten me with this tangent?
