There was a black 1968 Motion 427 Chevelle built and painted and letter as the "Mr Motion" drag car.
This car is also an Ertl Die cast model and the original pictures of the car were used to make the model Joel worked with Ertl to supply original pictures and information on some of the Motion die cast car models |

Interestingly, the reason I was asking is because I collect 1:18 die cast and I know a guy that works with AutoWorld. I'd love to see AutoWorld make another '68 Motion Chevelle and they are interested in making real cars, not "what if" cars that might have been made. So . . . . was there only 1 documented '68 Motion Chevelle made? |

I'm not sure how many 1968 Motion Chevelles were made but that's the only one I remember seeing pictures of.
Joel showed me prototypes of Ertl cars and pictures he was using to work with Ertl to make some of the Motion cars. Joel would go back and forth with Ertl until he was happy with the model. |
