Cragar wheels are being remade today but the style is way different than the originals were and a lot of people dislike the new flat spoke design available through Summit, Jegs etc.
The originals had a round spoke design and different hoop. They are easily distinguished from the new style wheels where the older ones are the choice for most. Many car guys want NOS quality and while they can still be found here and there, be prepared to step up because they can be quite expensive. Especially the original 4" size!
