Default Opinion on '69 Z/28 data Plate

Hello Yenko.Net members & Happy Father's Day to all that it applies!
I wanted to post a few pics of the data plate from my brother's '69 Z/28 to see thoughts on authenticity?
It's a clean car, pretty cool color combo. Has DZ motor, but thinking not original to car.
Will post pics of stamping on engine pad soon, plus the vin stamp on trans. I still need to look for rear axle stamping, and check the distributor number etc.
The carb looks right, with the thinner base-plate.
appreciate any input.
Cheers-
Jerry

Rivets look messed with.

I also kind of wonder how it looks like the paint under the TT can be gone without the TT never being off the car.

Most likely OK, hard to tell 100% from that picture, I hate it when you bare the letters like that, sanding them is the worst

Tag compares favorably with other 06A tags. I think it is ok.

Need the VIN to determine if it belongs to the car.

Looks good to me. Please don't sand it any more!

Thanks for the replies-
I totally agree on the sanding- not my work, car was purchased that way!
I'm going to get a good pic of engine pad and check rear end etc.
Thanks again for the feedback.
I'll post a pic of the car for fun too.
Cheers
Jerry

White is rare on a 69 Z28, and it looks great with the black stripes.
