Finally a garage again

Just a suggestion but I've been using Racedeck flow-thru tiles for years now. I've done a couple garage's in these 12" snap in tiles and people always comment how much they like the designs and how nice they are to walk on. Usually I add a two tone colored border and/or a inlaid design or two using silver, graphite and black tiles but these come in multiple colors. They run about $2.50 a square foot and are easy to pattern, design and install on any floor.
