Me too Rick! I've known it since almost new. There is a part of me that is screaming "Why the h**l am I letting this slip through my fingers!" But I would be spending a LOT of time under the hood bringing it up to true Day 2 snuff and I just don't need another project right now.
In answer to questions I am attaching more pix. The portion of the VT under the back glass was removed to repair window channel rust, and the VT trim removed to repair rust creeping from under trim. That is why the quarters were painted, this was all done more than 30 years ago. There is some lacquer crazing at the top of the quarters (see pic). The hood and trunk lid were painted because the black was rubbed thin. - Bill |
