Jeff,
All the rear spring tags for 1969 Chevelles that I have seen are yellow background, black lettering. Here's one I made for one of my cars. Don Lightfoot makes a really nice reproduction of the originals. Just needs a code and part number. Front spring tags were dark red with black letters. Phil I have one or two loose tags laying around here somewhere. If I can find I will post a picture.
