When we purchased the building lighting consisted of dead and dying florescent tube fixtures so one of our early decisions was to upgrade all the warehouse lighting to commercial grade 5000K dimmable LED. No replacing tubes, low power consumption and the light is bright white.

Here is the shop during demo. Where you see the pile of material (including insulation) is where Paul's lift is now located.

Arrival of the new lifts. As the saying goes, like a boat its best to have a neighbor who owns a forklift rather than own one yourself (and is happy to help). At the helm is our very helpful shop neighbor Greg S.

"Before and After - SW Corner" - during demo / framing and following 4 post lift installation. New framing, cedar finishing, overhead door, steel man-door, LED overhead lighting, LED period lighting, epoxy floor, concrete block repair & paint, electrical, plumbing, window security, air system and decommissioning of ancient H/W heating system. "Hey Lloyd, is the power off to the boiler?" "Yes..."
