I've never seen a POP like that for a 70 Camaro but I guess it could be like Wilma said, made for 2nd owner while still under factory warranty.
I compared your picture of the buildsheet to pictures of others I have from known originals and it looks real, right down to the details on spacing, letters overlaping lines and oddball characters.

Thanks for the feedback on the build sheet
The name on the protecto plate is the same as the original owner and sales documents state and old titles. It just seemed odd no engine or axle data? Does the protecto not add any value that its not filled out correctly?
