You're being modest, Rich. I've only regretted not buying a few cars over the years, and your '70 Monte is one of them. The timing just wasn't right at the time, but fellas, Rich's car was a dynamite example of a 402 4 speed car.

----I had a 1971 402 4-speed Monty with 3800 original miles back in 1979 or so. Sold it in the Chicago area and since then its gone completely off the grid. Great, unbelievably original car that I really liked. Anybody in northern Illinois area ever seen or heard of it. Bright blue with black gut and white vinyl top. Took it to a Car Craft nationals in Indy one year with 79 Corvette aluminum wheels on it, and it looked soooo cool!.......Bill S

----Oh yes, it did! We ran around the fairgrounds in Indy that weekend with the windows up on a 100 degree day. It pissed off every person that saw us that didn't have AC.......Bill S

Can't take the credit, previous owner restored it but she was a beaut.
