Hi Jim,
FYI, There are date codes on the Norris Wheels. The numbers stamped into the outer flat part of the rim where the hubcaps clips onto are the date codes. I can see number stamped on the flat outer part on each wheel, however I cannot see the entire number clearly.

Looks like the numbers stamped 180 degrees opposite of the valve stem are 251 08.
