FYI that dash is incorrect for a 69 Camaro as it has the wrong speaker grill stamped into it for the radio.

Would it be Nova in that case?

Yes, believe it is from a Cevrolet Citation .

But they can be fixed. Never had a real one in the last 30 years. I have done 5 of these, just time consuming. Used basically a pr.of right angle plates and a fixture I made to hold the dash. Put a pilot hole in and end milled the slots then hand filed the corners. Patience Young Grasshopper!! |

It's not a Nova dash. The Nova doesn't have those 2 holes between the instrument insert and the ash tray. The Nova has 4 screws that go up vertical into the metal to hold the instrument insert and the Camaro has 4 screws that go in horizontal to hold the insert. This dash has holes for the horizontal screws.

Its a Camaro dash, I remember in the 80's buying these dashes from Chevrolet with the incorrect speaker grill but that's all that was available at the time.

It has the incorrect speaker grill because it was not a Camaro dash to start out. It is for another car and because it will fit a Camaro GM would sell you that because they had no more Camaro dashes. I think HiPerf is right about it being from a Citation.

Well I ordered them that way for 1969 Camaros in the early 80's. I'm not sure what this item is sold as, someone should check the part number.

I've looked at A LOT of pictures of Citations on Google and I can't find one dash that looks like this.
