So Steve, What makes this car worth that much, the color? Doesn't seem too desirable to me.

It's only as valuable as someone is willing to pay. I haven't followed the car. If it bid high in an auction but didn't hit reserve, ignore that price as it's value.

I wish a lot of sellers could get that through their thick skulls. The "one bid up to 75k at BJ so I want 80k for my '69 Firebird 350" type.
