I was on the expressway one early Sunday AM doing doing 25 over the limit.Cop pulled me over,and asked why? I told him because it's the safest time of the week to do this..He grinned,told me to slow down & let me go..

I agree...off hours are best, especially early morning on a nice day...the cool air makes them run better
