Sounds like a really great car with good history of ownership and some killer options. Just my opinion on a value but it's gotta be in the 80K-85K range disassembled (but complete), and likely north of 130K or more fully assembled. I guess it really depends on how original the car is versus what's been completely restored when it's all back together?
Does it need a frame off with the panels you mentioned needing replaced, or is it partially done with only paint and finishing remaining to be done on the panels, or can a lot of it be saved as original? Need to see current pics to really put a fair value on it but it sounds like a winner. The rare parts such as the GM Crossram and JL8 are worth 35K+ alone. G.
