These three pictures are of my high school friend's 1970 Corvette. He was too late to factory order a new 69 L-88 Corvette. So Brigance Chevrolet had him order a 1970 with the LT-1 motor. Joe Seputis (Vetteran Automotive) worked for Brigance at the time. Upon arrival from the factory, they dropped in what was the latest version of L-88. Called a "ZLX". Joey C. (my friend) drove out of the dealer with a brand new 1970 ZLX dealer built Vette. It had a 4:88 rear end I believe. Not sure which Muncie it had. I think Joey C. still owns this car. He went on to have Seputis built the motor even wilder. General Kinetics cam, tunnel ram manifold, etc. He eventually turned it into a full Custom with a lot of body mods., for the 1970's show circuit.
