Ha Eddie, that brings back memories of the Roof Deuce of course. Paul & Linda Roof HAD to have a velvet Hurst shift handle because of the cold western PA winters, but down here in balmy southwestern OH those fuzzy handles are just not necessary. BTW, I bought that NOS fuzzy handle from a great American living in, of all states, Alaska!
