Yep, must be. As a matter of fact 830 is Scott Chevrolet, 832 is Scott's Chevrolet and 835 is Scotty's Chevrolet, so pretty sure is has Scott in the name.

Quote:
Paul: If there were a Mr. Scott for instance that had a small town Chevy dealer, and sold to another family, say the Franklins, could Franklin Chevrolet have kept the same dealer code? (totally made up name, have not reason to beleive there is such a dealer) Or, to use a real life example, would Steve Burke Chevrolet have kept the same dealer code as Scott Chev.?

If you're asking were dealer codes ever retained or transferred to new ownership, then answer is "yes".
It also could still be Scott Chevrolet at a different address. Paul

Apparently Steve Burke didn't keep the Scott id number. The Scott family is still around. After selling the downtown OKC dealership to Burke and his backers, they purchased the Gerald Howe Chevrolet dealership in El Reno, OK and renamed it Frontier Chevrolet.
