FWIW...my Z/28 still had its original diff in it after 45 years of racing and 5 owners who never removed it. When I got it, the car still had ladders bars welded to the diff and the date stamp was covered.
I'm assuming this car still has ladder bars under it and the race suspension is still there? Haven't seen any complete pics of the underside?

That sure seems like a fair price and a relatively easy resto. Kinda surprised it hasn’t sold.
