Lynn, the NOS lower bracket that I posted is listed in the parts book revised Aug. 1, 1967, group 6.606. It has not been modified after the fact.
Tomorrow I will get a pic from one of my '67 L79 cars using the exact same bracket and post it.
The upper bracket that I posted is common to all small block Chevelles. - Bill
