All the C means is Chevrolet ...KO code.
This started very late on 69 - 70 titled first gen Camaros and of course for Model Year 70 GM cars and light duty truck. B O P C did the same thing on drive lines

That build sheet is one of the worst I've seen and should go right into the trash bin. If for some reason this was a real L78, the fake provenance has killed it. It's a shame, looks like a beautiful car.
