I never noticed before but do 68s have tiny bowties in the grill?
Sounds like there is not title, how big of a pain would that be? and no feedback. seems like decent listing

Note: If the vehicle is being sold to someone in another state, you must request a replacement title. Once you have received the duplicate title, complete the transfer section on the reverse side of the title and provide to the buyer of the vehicle.

There is a link for the special form the seller has to fill out to get a CT Title which he would then turn over to the new buyer.
