PS - There's no prewiring or framing for rooftop air that I know of.

The trailer has sold via Buy it Now. Assuming all goes well with the financial terms, it will be headed to its new home in Wyoming sometime soon. I'm not sure yet if the buyer came via this site, or not, but thank you for all of the attention it has received here! I really appreciate it!!
