390's in other year vettes are cast iron, 69's are aluminum!
I'm sure the 3.08 ratio u needed to have the M-20 2.52 first gear instead of the 2.20 M-21 Last edited by rts; 07-11-2017 at 06:43 PM. |

And maybe the a/c dictated the 3.08 for overheating issues.
