Maybe Mulsanne blue or LeMans blue??? In any case, it looks fairly close to the 73 Camaro RPO color of Dark Blue metallic, code 26. The only other 73 Camaros I have seen with the ' - -' on the TT were originally painted black, a non-RPO color in 73.
