COPO Camaro: Not Banned at the Drag strip but not issued a VIN.
Demon: Banned by the NHRA but issued a VIN... I guess we wont be seeing the COPO Kill the Demon at the drags and cannot see the two meet on the street either. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6qItrfYVw-E

As for meeting on the streets...you only need 2 guys with 'dealer plates' to get that race started...that is before the cops show up!
