You might want to try a truck service body builder in your area. They can probably design and build one that would bolt down to seat or seatbelt/shoulderbelt anchors, and possibly be in a 2 piece bolt together configuration for ease of shipping.
I googled cargo barriers, and got a ton of results in Australia and New Zealand. but not many stateside. I think they have pretty strict motor vehicle codes for that kind of thing, hence the number of manufacturers. |

You may want to check a law enforcement supplier -- now days there are many Tahoes (example) used by LEs that have a barrier just in behind the front seats. TAZ
