I have used Instrument Specialties in Rhode Island for SUN tach and gauge face repainting. Ask for Thomas.
I am not sure if they have worked on Stewart Warner, but would guess they have.

Here are a few pictures of repainted faces they have done for me.
The look is original, but SUN never did what one of my friends wanted !!!
