Hurst Reverse Loc Out ID .....

I was going thru my Hurst stuff for my (Ahhhem) Mustang and I realized the Loc Out I have is a part number 5660 . The 1970 catalog I have calls for a #5658 ........ I can't find the application for a 5660 in any of the old Hurst catalogs I have but the 5660 looks identical to a used one I have that was installed in 68 on the car..... Does anyone have a catalog with an application for the 5660 part ? My application is a 68 Mustang 428 4 speed, all factory stuff...

(Still debating weither to use all NOS Hurst shifter stuff or the used stuff I have. I have everything new from the late 60's early 70's , eveytime I pull it out, I have second thoughts about using it as it's only new once. If anyones interested, I could post a few pic's. I have the shifter, Reverse Loc Out, and a T handle and boot all new..)
