I'm not sure how many Black L89 Chevelle's Norwood sold but according to David Graziano that worked for Norwood this car was a L89 4 speed they used it to tow the funny car at the track once.

What are the odds? Thank you for posting that photo, and please thank David for sharing that bit of info! I'd sure like to hear any other recollections that you or David have about the L89 Chevelle. Was the L89 still Norwood's "demo" car at the time?

They would take a different car to the track every weekend. I have a photo of a Nova towing the funny car also. That's David sitting on the back of the ramp truck.
