Anyone know who restores original voltage regulators and horn relays ?

I bought a restored regulator and horn relay from John Messenger in Oregon. His price was very fair and both items looked perfect and function as designed. I have lost his contact info but he is a regular seller on eBay. I contacted him and dealt with him through PayPal. Below is a link to an eBay ad. Hope this helps.
