OP, you might want to talk to Right Stuff/Inline before you do anything. They might have you exchange the line that's causing the issue. Have you looked at the flare? Any grit? Misshapen? You might be able to get away with just putting a flaring tool on it and giving it a twist or two. Look at where the flare seats too. It should be clean.
