Right about 1014.00 per month. I have never taken any money out of my account in almost 3 years and think there is about 18,000.00 in the account. First years project was brand new so it took awhile to build up occupancy. Rents for over 200.00 per night so doesn't take very many nights of rental to cover the costs. At one point during Semana Santa last year they rented it for 600.00 per night as the Island was full.
