Jeff, if you ever remove it keep it. Original ones are hard to find and are big $$$$$$$$
I found a 7 blade original style fan and put that on my 70 L78 car to move more air because I drive my car.. It whines just like the original 5 blade but I kind of "dig" the sound going down the road.. LOL Rich
