Default Re: Ryan Weaver's 1969 Olds Cutlass S W31 Club Coupe

I had an enjoyable day under my car:-)

I have the floor cleaned up from the back of the car to the back of the rear wheel wells, about 85% cleaned up. This are needs the nooks and crannies ground out still.

I had trouble the first time i visited as I bought and they suck, they fog up immediately:-(

I had trouble the second visit as I forgot all the new grinding tools:-(

This time I bought a face shield and it works ok (But it is hard to see through.... kind of opaque, why?) I need a better face mask for next time. Also my "LazyBoyCreeper" worked ok but the creeper wouldn't move around easily so I had to get up each time I wanted to move:-( To remedy this I put the "chair" on a dolly and now I can move around freely....... getting better and better.

Very happy with the condition of the car, only the spots of rust at the bottom edge of the quarters where they connect to the wheel well and the drop off.

Ryan
