On 68-74 style Nova's and 67-69 Camaros the uprights bolt to the brackets which I provide a picture of (earlier post). The brackets are welded to the underside of the floor inside of the frame rails. The Gen 1 Camaros and 68-74 Novas use a narrower bar than the later (70 up) Camaros and (75 up) Novas. I have a factory style rear bar on my 68 Acadian... I can measure the length on the weekend. Way too cluttered up there to get a picture of the bracket without lifting the car. Best place to find these style bars (and brackets) are the X body 73-74 GTO's. Gary </div></div> FYI gen 1 camaro's dont have rear bars from the factory 75 and up Novas are same width as 68-74
